When will I receive payment?
Once rebate submission is received, it could take up to 8 weeks to receive the rebate MasterCard® prepaid card. Please allow 4-6 weeks after mailing submission to make inquiries.
What are my payment choices?
Your rebate payment will be in the form of a prepaid card. Rebate cards are processed by MasterCard® only. Normally, rebate payments are received 6-8 weeks after approval.
Whose name will appear on the rebate card?
The name on the rebate card will be the same as the name on the rebate application. This name must match the billing information on the invoice as stated in the terms and conditions of your rebate offer.
How do I change the name on the rebate card?
The rebate card will only be made out to the name on the rebate application. This name must match the billing information on the invoice as stated in the terms and conditions of your rebate offer. There is no way to have it made out to another name.
Where will my rebate be sent?

How do I claim a rebate?
Enter the required information and print the online rebate form. Click submit. Sign the printed form and mail it to the specified address along with all required documentation listed on the checklist portion of the form.

I did not get a rebate form with my product. Can I still apply for my rebate?
Yes. The product rebate application can be found on this website.
Why do I have to mail in the form and information?
It ensures that all the information required to validate your rebate has been accurately recorded. The retailer requires that you mail in the rebate form and supporting documentation to verify that the correct product was purchased during the rebate promotional period.
Do I need to use multiple envelopes when submitting more than one rebate?
You must use a separate mailing envelope and form. The retailer must keep individual records of each submitted rebate form. Even if more than one of the same rebate offer code is being submitted, each must be mailed in their own envelope. Be sure to read the requirements for each application and sign all rebate forms.
How do I obtain an offer code?
A promotional/offer code is not required for this rebate.
Can I use a packing slip in place of a receipt?
No. This is an in-store promotion only, you must provide a sales receipt.
What is a proof of purchase?
The proof of purchase (also commonly referred to as a UPC) is used to show that the correct item for the rebate was purchased. It is a barcode located on the product.
What is a UPC and where is it located?
The UPC barcode is located on the package or product. Each item has a unique UPC, so it is necessary to attach the correct one when filling out the rebate documentation.
How can I obtain an sales receipt?
You should contact your place of purchase to request a sales receipt. Most retailers can reprint a sales receipt for you, especially if you paid with a credit card and know the exact date of your purchase.
Does my sales receipt have to match my rebate mailing address?
Yes. The address on your invoice/sales receipt must match the address on the rebate form.
Do I need to have a computer to submit a rebate?
You will need access to a computer in order to obtain your rebate form. You will need to mail the rebate form you have printed and signed with proper documentation.
